TRADITIONAL WAIST TRAINERS
With your waist training order we supply a waist training manual that will help you step by step to waist train.
To start waist training we suggest our traditional waist trainers to start off, we recommend to take 2 waist trainers,
to alternate them in your waist training process. The waist trainers do take alot of stress & strain, but is made of high quality
materials and steel. With the 24 steel bone waist trainers you do get a faster result - then the 12 steel bone ones.
These traditional waist trainers are not to sleep or gym in.
SLEEP & GYM SHAPERS
We recommend to start with the traditional waist trainers if you would like to waist train and see fast results.
The sleep / gym shaper are a added bonus if you already have a traditional waist trainer - for waist trainers
These shapers are to sleep and gym in. If you dont like the tight feeling of a waist trainer, you can wear this shaper
during day time, but will not see fast results as if you where wearing the traditional waist trainer.
In combination the shapers and waist trainers work together, remove your day time waist trainer, and snuggel in
at night with your waist shaper.
